MIDAS is part of the entire 1000 acre ecosystem called MARG Swarnabhoomi.

What sets MIDAS apart is that unlike most universities it does not isolate the student from society as Marg Swarnabhoomi is a large community which has schools, businesses and living spaces, comfortably co existing. How to Apply:

In Person: Application Form and Prospectus can be collected from the MIDAS Administrative Office on payment of cash or a Demand Draft for Rs. 1000/-.

By Post: Application Form and Prospectus can be obtained by post by sending a Demand Draft for 1050/-

By Online: Application Form and Prospectus can also be downloaded from the website (www.midas.ac.in) and submitted along with a Demand Draft for 1050/-

The Demand Draft should be in favour of “MARG Institute of Design and Architecture Swarnabhoomi” payable at Chennai.

Submission of Application:

Along with attested photocopies of documents mentioned in the checklist (Refer Page 4 of the Application Form).

Admission for B. Arch in Architecture is based on written test conducted by NATA followed by an interview by MIDAS.

Admission for B. Arch is open to all Indians (provided the applicant fulfills the minimum requirements for admission as per Council of Architecture and Anna University norms)

Students under SC/ST/OBC/PwD (Person with Disability) quota are eligible for Government Scholarship. Eligible Students are requested to submit their scholarship form for the academic year by February for processing scholarship to these students

The individual should apply for counseling through Anna University for university seat allocation.

Eligibility

• Students who have completed Plus Two with Maths as a component can apply for
• 3 year Government recognised Diploma with 50% aggregate with Math as a compulsory subject.

or

• International Baccalaureate Diploma, after 10 years of schooling, with not less than 50% marks in aggregate with Maths as a compulsory subject.
• Pass in National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) with a minimum of 80/200
